Refund policy

At NuHealth Lifestyle, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from NuHealth, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or are not in their original packaging. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were purchased on sale or through a promotional offer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

We ask that you please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our team. If you are requesting a refund, the original form of payment will be credited within 7 business days of the return being processed. If you are requesting an exchange, you will receive a confirmation email when the new product has shipped.

If you receive a damaged item please email us at support@nuhealthlifestyle.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and item number of the product that has been damaged. NuHealth will replace your item in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria. We also reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time.
